In 2014, Whipped Elements arrived on the scene as a made to order bakery. We're a small Black-owned business operating out of Los Angeles, CA. We specialize in custom cupcakes, tiered cakes, cookies, and a variety of other fresh baked goods.
We maintain our safety and sanitation in compliance with CDC Covid-19 policies and NRA’s Servesafe Food Handler’s Card.
